The Corvette Hall of Fame was established by the National Corvette Museum Board of Directors in 1998. The purpose of the award is to confer the highest honor and recognition upon the most influential individuals in the history of the Corvette. The award recognizes those people who have made significant contributions to their respective fields, each having reached the highest level of accomplishment. Persons nominated should also possess the highest standards of integrity and character to positively reflect and enhance the prestige of the Corvette and the National Corvette Museum.

Nominations are Closed for the 2026 Corvette Hall of Fame
The first step in this process is the nomination. Nominations for the 2027 Hall of Fame will be accepted from May 1–August 3, 2026. Only National Corvette Museum members may make nominations. Current Board members and Museum employees are not eligible to be nominated. Qualified nominations are good for a three-year period. Please note, all nomination packets submitted become the property of the Museum.
Please include the following:
- Cover letter
- Current biography or resume
- Papers and/or articles by and/or about the nominee
- Letters of recommendation
- Recent photograph in color or in black and white
- Other supporting materials
Detailed and compelling letters of recommendation showcasing the nominee’s impact on Corvette—whether through its history, racing legacy, or as a passionate enthusiast—are essential to the Corvette Hall of Fame selection process. The Nominating Committee carefully reviews these letters as part of their evaluation.
