The R8C Reunion returns to Bowling Green. Join us June 25–27, 2026, at the National Corvette Museum as we celebrate more than 30 years of R8C deliveries and the passionate owners who made it part of their story. From behind-the-scenes insights to road tours and a Museum-judged Corvette car show, this three-day gathering is designed exclusively for registered participants who have taken or are interested in taking R8C Museum Delivery. Please note, all activities are open to event registrants only.

Event Registration

Advance registration closes at 9:00 AM CT on Friday, June 5. All activities are open to event registrants only. Registrants will receive a credential, lanyard, and an event pin. Thursday, June 25
  • 9:00 AM: National Corvette Museum Opens
  • 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Registration Opens (Wendell Strode Club Room)
  • 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: R8C Reunion Welcoming (Conference Center): Program update and open discussion led by Rod Keller, Sr. Manager, Corvette Delivery Experience, and Shane Webb, Corvette Delivery Experience Manager, covering the current status, progress, and what’s ahead.
  • 9:45 AM - 10:45 AM: Bowling Green Assembly Plant Panel Discussion (Conference Center): Join a panel of leaders from GM's Bowling Green Assembly, home of the Chevrolet Corvette, for an inside look at the people and stories behind America's Sports Car. Hear behind-the-scenes insights and connect directly with the team that builds your car.
  • 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM: Stingray Grill Hours of Operation (Corvette Blvd)
  • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: The Evolution of the R8C Program (Conference Center): Retired Plant Directors Kai Spande and Wil Cooksey share their firsthand experiences and insights into the origins, growth, and legacy of the R8C program.
  • 12:15 PM – 1:00 PM: Pre-Delivery Inspection / Cleaning Presentation (Conference Center): Mack Pugh, PDI Supervisor, and John Cook, PDI Associate, walk through the process of receiving, inspecting, detailing, and preparing Museum Delivery Corvettes before they take their place on Corvette Boulevard.
  • 1:15 PM – 2:15 PM: C8 Discussion and Questions (Conference Center): Chris Sweeney, Delivery Host, and Ethan Mefford, Delivery Program Associate, lead an in-depth discussion on C8 technology, features, and trim levels including Stingray, Z06, E-Ray, ZR1, and Coupe vs. Convertible.
  • 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: R8C Delivery Testimonial with Al Fuller (Conference Center): Al Fuller shares his personal experiences and memories from years of Corvette Deliveries at the National Corvette Museum.
  • 5:00 PM: National Corvette Museum Closes
  • 5:15 PM: R8C Reunion Dinner Banquet Doors & Cash Bar Opens (Conference Center): Cash bar opens prior to the evening banquet. Pre-registration required.
  • 5:45 PM – 7:30 PM: BQT1: R8C Reunion Dinner Banquet (Conference Center): Join us for the R8C Reunion dinner banquet. $55 Members / $60 Non-Members. Pre-registration required. Speaker: TBD.
Friday, June 26
  • 9:00 AM: National Corvette Museum Opens
  • 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Registration Opens (Wendell Strode Club Room)
  • 9:25 AM – 12:30 PM: LT1: Purple Toad Winery Tasting & Griff’s Deli Lunch: Drive your Corvette to Purple Toad Winery for a guided walkthrough and tasting, followed by lunch at Griff’s Deli, 6245 Cemetery Road, Bowling Green, KY 42103. $55 Members / $60 Non-Members. Limited to 48 guests. Pre-registration required. Departing from the National Corvette Museum Truck Parking Lot.
  • 9:45 AM – 1:00 PM: LT2: 5 Chefs and Shopping: Drive your Corvette to The Shoppes at Occasions and 5 Chefs in the historic Gossett House, 103 W. McGlothlin Street, Portland, TN 37148, for shopping and a included lunch experience. $45 Members / $50 Non-Members. Limited to 48 guests. Pre-registration required. Departing from the National Corvette Museum Truck Parking Lot.
